Property Management, landlord services, tenant support and rental services
Chase Property Management - Hibiscus Coast Property ManagementChase Property Management is owned and operated by Stacey Mooney and Sam Coutts. Together in life they have created a property management company that addresses and avoids the issues that can come from the overworked or under experienced property managers at big name companies. Real honest people, grounded by solid industry experience and knowledge, utilising great systems and support, delivering clear and honest communication and a reliable property management service to a select few clients across Auckland.
Fair Fees and Fewer ManagementsThe Great Property Management Survey (2016) found that the average number of properties managed by a single property manager is 112. At Chase Property Management the portfolio of clients is half that number, contracts are simple and fair and so are the service fees and that’s the way they like to keep it. They don’t work for everyone nor manage every property, but aim to help all those they can. More about our Property Management fees.
How Much Rent is my Home Worth? If you are considering renting your home or if you want to ensure that your rental property will achieve the optimal rent, Chase Property Management is happy to assist in providing a free rental appraisal so you can advertise or rent with confidence in knowing you’re charging fair market rent
Compare Hibiscus Coast Property Managers to Find the BestIf you are looking for a property manager the team at Chase advises you to interview several, ask the hard questions and choose carefully after some due diligence. During your interview you can expect the property manager to show you what you can expect from their service and answer any question you ask of them.
Considerations when looking for a property manager: 1. Choose a person who has a long standing with the company, and who is intending to stay for a many more years to come. 2. Search Tenancy Tribunal to see their results, expect wins not losses (and judge accordingly). 3. Aim for a property manager who manages less than 110 properties. 4. Read agreements with a fine tooth comb and don’t get locked into long term contracts unless you are 100% confident. 5. Expect them to impart knowledge advice and facts to consider. 6. Request to see an example of their ingoing and periodic inspections, both of which key fundamentals of successful property management. Compare the quality of what this property manager produces in comparison to others. |
