A fun group of writers who share ideas, participate in workshops and hear interesting speakers
The group meet the second Saturday of each month (except Easter and January) in the Pohutukawa Room of Whangaparaoa Library
There are monthly workshops and up to six internal competitions each year which include short stories, drama and poetry and are judged internally
The group began in 1993 and offers a supportive environment for writers to learn from feedback from competitions and other meeting participation
